Description

New for Feb 2023, the WE Trogon brings this Brian Brown design to a high end production package. 20CV blade steel with a compound grind makes this knife built to be used, the hollow ground belly giving a seriously sharp and slicey edge while the flat ground tip provides excellent strength - best of both worlds!

Titanium framelock handles with textured machining compliment the package along with other fine details like the blade fuller and speed holes. An awesome EDC for those that put their knife to work or for the collector who appreciates Brain Brown's incredible designs.

  • Thumb stud deployment

Knocked it out of the park

This is by far one of the best WE knives released. Amazing action, very smooth. Would definitely recommend if your a fan of WE Knives or Brian Brown.

EDIT: After having this knife for a few weeks, I wanted to update my review. I really liked the look of this knife, I was excited to receive it. Once I got it in hand I was blown away. There is something about this knife that just speaks to me, I cant really put it down to one thing, its the whole package. The stonewash on the scales looks amazing. The elegant lines from end to end just work and the transition from blade to handle is done beautifully. The blade itself is a stunning compound ground westernized Tanto with really beautiful transitions from grind to grind and the edge is also very fine, so its super slicey. Polished accents like the speed holes (which are done tastefully) break up the grey and add a little detail. The bronzed WE logo is also a nice splash of colour. The micro milling is both amazing to look at, but also gives the entire knife a grippy texture similar to the feeling of fine G10, but not aggressive at all. It has gotten amazingly smooth during break in. I put a pair of SKIFF bearings in it, and it is now drop shut and even smoother than before. This is my favorite knife in my collection now, which I did not expect when I bought it. It really has to be handled to really understand why its 100% one of WE Knives best. Its a great example of WE's perfect execution of amazing designs like this one by Brian Brown.
