Impulse Mini

The Impulse Mini is a bigger knife — virtually the same size as the Giant Mouse ACE Grand and not far off the Spyderco Shaman, just a sleeker profile. The Impulse regular must be a beast…The Veros have an elegant design language from the future that makes sense now. Congratulations, that is a hard thing to do without it being overwrought or kind of stupid. Parred back and not a detail out of place, both of these knives are beautiful. The action on the Synapse Mini is obviously faster and lighter, it's a bit more discreet and gentlemanly about the office. However, there’s also something assured about the Impulse’s weight, how it fills the hand and snaps when deployed. It's more of an everyday user but almost too classy for this…On the Impulse I can use my thumb on the fuller to flick it open, lefties can’t always do this on frame locks. Stoked with both of these for different reasons, I’m a convert and it’s been great to pick them up from Adventure Carry.

This is definitely one of veros best knives in my opinion. It’s the perfect edc size, I’m a tanto fan so it’s right in that sweet spot not to much but enough. The ergos are spot one and the finish is unbelievable. The satin hand wash and DLC are just ridiculously good. Do yourself a favour and get one.
