The Lackey is an outstanding new fixed blade model from Ferrum Forge Knife Works. Designed as a tough, 'Get the job done' tool, The Lackey is the perfect sidekick for any task and any adventure. Slim with a compact profile, The Lackey is an excellent example of what a fixed blade EDC knife should be.
This latest batch of Lackeys no longer include soft loops for the sheath and the price has been reduced to reflect this.
In late 2021, Ferrum Forge released the bigger brother version of the Lackey, The Lackey XL.

"From time to time we all need a Lackey! This knife won’t do the work for you, but it will always be there to help you get the job done. Throw it in your tool bag or your backpack, wear it as a neck knife, or strap it to your belt. The Lackey’s drop point blade make it an excellent sidekick for whatever projects or adventures you undertake. Beat it up. Use it and abuse it. This is the knife to grab when you know your going to something you shouldn’t do with your folding knife. The skeletonized handle with Green or Black G10 overlays reduce weight but still retain the solid feeling people expect from Ferrum Forge."

Fantastic little knife and aptly named. Very slim design overall including the kydex sheath. The knife came razor sharp out of the box and the kydex was very well fitted. I bought two! Amazing for the price!

This was one of my more recent purchases from Mitch, and my favourite fixed blade so far. It is perfect for the wide array of cutting tasks encountered in everyday life. It might even edge out my Elementum for my favourite knife.
